Our team
NZOD in Miastko employs professional medical and caring staff. Our employees have completed long-term care specialist courses, some of them are university graduates. They are constantly improving their skills by participating in trainings.
Our team consists of: 3 doctors, 10 nurses, a midwife, paramedic, rephysiotherapists and occupational therapists, speech therapist, psychologist and two care assistants, who take care of health and fitness of our patients.
Maria Mackus is the director of NZOD in Miastko. She is a nurse with many years of experience in both patient care and in the management of healthcare facilities. She was the head of dialysis ward, chief nurse, from April 1999 manager of long-term healthcare facility.
The team is supported by a Catholic priest and clergy of other faiths.
